eCall CRM is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to those who visit our website eCall CRM ("Website"), as well as users of our on-demand help desk platform, tools and services offered by eCall CRM ("Service").

eCall CRM ("eCall CRM"), as owner of the website acting under the domain name ecallcrm.com (the "Website"), under which You can register and receive Our Services and/or get a License to use our Software, respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use our Services or get a license to our Software. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Software as a Service Agreement /EULA, as applicable (the "Agreement"). Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients

eCall CRM collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.

Choice

We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.

Service Provider/Onward Transfer

eCall CRM may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to these third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.

Access to Data Controlled by our Clients

eCall CRM has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the eCall CRM's Client (the data controller). If the Client requests eCall CRM to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

Information Collected From You

We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, information about the pages consumers access on the eCall CRM website, and information voluntarily submitted by the consumer (for example, filling out a survey or service registration form). The types of information that may be requested include your name, company name, email address, and telephone number, and credit card information. The information we collect is used to improve the quality of the eCall CRM website and Service, to communicate information about the eCall CRM Service, to provide you with support when you are using our site, to bill your account for services provided, for research, and to contact you about your account when necessary. Log Files

ecall CRM collects certain usage and activity information and stores it in our Log files. These information might include time-stamped data pertaining to IP addresses and browsers, internet service provider, entry/exit pages and operating systems. This is strictly utilized in aggregate, for analyzing the trends and usage of various features within the Service.

Social Media Features and Features

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on oursite. eCall CRM Inc. allows consumers who use the eCall CRM Service or website to update or modify their information by clicking on the My Account link in the eCall CRM navigation menu or by contacting us at privacy@ecallcrm.com.. We will respond to requests for access within 15 days.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients as well as your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services or services to our Client.
